What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Depending on the items, all orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses located in the United States, Europe, China and Australasia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days in most cases from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship out orders on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 10 - 20 business days (typically 7-14 days) for delivery in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

Rest Of The World - It takes a bit longer for the rest of the world, it usually takes between 20-30 business days.

How can I receive shipping tracking for my order? 

We send out tracking numbers on all orders automatically after items have been shipped. Please allow for 7 days to receive this after your order date to allow plenty of time for processing and shipping to be underway. If you believe you did not receive your tracking number for your order, then please contact us to request it from us at support@swishtrends.com with your order number and date of purchase with your email address that was used to order with.


How do I track my package?

I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?

Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 


I placed an order but i didn't receive a confirmation email ... what's going on?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. In case you have still not received or if you think one has not been sent in error, please contact our support at support@swishtrends.com with your name, order number and date of purchase. 


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What if I change my mind after purchasing, can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We allow up to 24 hours after an order is placed by our customers who change their mind and wish to cancel their order. We ask that you contact us before 24 hours after placing an order you wish to cancel via email at support@swishtrends.com and please provide us with your name, the email address you used to purchase with, your order number and the reason you wish to cancel the order. We will then issue a refund right then and please allow 7-10 business days for it to reflect on your credit card banking statement.


What if the item I receive is faulty or damaged?

We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our items. This simply means that if your item gets damaged on the way to you or it is faulty due to manufacturing fault (very unlikely and rare case) Then we will ask you to show us proof and will refund you in full or ship out the same item to you free of cost to you. 


Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.

Swish Trends does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Swish Trends will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
